Description

ASTM Type II Water Purification System from Portable Tap Water

This is routinely used for general lab use examples feed water to analyzers, pre-treatment for Type I system, media preparation or buffer creation. This series of system are based on a reverse osmosis (RO) unit to produce deionized water. The EDI² series further processes the osmosis water by using an EDI cell to get Type II water.

ASTM Type I Ultrapure Water System from ASTM Type II water

The system is designed to produce ultrapure water (0.055 μS/cm) out of permeate from a reverse osmosis or deionized water. The ultrapure water is produced with a combination of optimized mixed bed cartridges and can be tapped with a flexible dispenser.

ASTM Type I Ultrapure Water System from Portable Tap Water

This series systems produce ultrapure water directly from tap water which the systems are equipped with a reverse osmosis (RO) module to produce deionized water directly into an integrated 10l tank. In the next step Type I grade water is produced with a polisher cartridge. This ultrapure water system is available in different configurations (Reagent & Analytical) to meet the specific requirements of ultrapure water for different applications. Analytical is a version with UV lamp for low TOC value. Life Science grade water with low endotoxin can be generated with a special final filter.

ASTM Type II & ASTM Type I Ultrapure Water System from Portable Tap Water by Reverse Osmosis & Conditioning Module

This series of systems produce deionized water (< 1 µS/cm/ > 1 MOhm x cm) by reverse osmosis and conditioning module into the external reservoir (35 liter or 70 liter). The water can be tapped directly (e.g. for glassware cleaning by hand) or connecting the tank to a laboratory dishwasher. Out of the storage tank the ultrapure water is produced and then can be tapped with a flexible dispenser. This ultrapure water system is available in different configurations (Reagent, Analytical & LifeScience) to meet the specific requirements of ultrapure water for different applications. Analytical is a version with UV lamp for low TOC value. Life Science version comes with UV lamp and Ultrafiltration Module for low TOC and low endotoxin values.

ASTM Type II & ASTM Type I Ultrapure Water System from Portable Tap Water by Reverse Osmosis & Electro Deionization

This version of system produces deionized water (Type II, < 0.2 µS/cm/ > 5 MOhm x cm) by reverse osmosis and electro deionization (EDI) cell into the external reservoir (35 liter or 70 liter). Also, the type II water quality prevents the polisher cartridge for Type I water to be exhausted quickly. So, for all laboratories which use more than 100l/day of type I water this version of system is also an economical and ecological (less waste) wise decision.
